Plans and Starting Prices
Bronze: monitoring from $49 per computer a month. We watch your office computers and keep them patched.
Silver: security and support from $99 per computer a month. Silver adds endpoint security and help desk support for your team.
CPA and tax firms: plans for tax and accounting offices start at Silver, from $99 per computer a month, which includes endpoint security.
Prices are per computer, per month. Servers and other devices are quoted separately. Routine help desk hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. On the free call we can talk through which plan fits your office.
Plan Terms
Plans have a 12-month initial term, then continue month to month until either side gives 30 days' written notice. If a plan ends early during the initial term, an early termination charge applies: the lesser of 50% of the remaining monthly fees or 3 months of fees. A one-time onboarding fee is quoted on your plan. Full terms are in your written agreement.
